Psychological support for fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.

Becoming a mother changes everything — and not always in the ways you expected. The joy can be real and the grief can be real at the same time. The love can be enormous and so can the overwhelm. Many mothers carry all of this quietly, unsure whether what they're feeling is "bad enough" to need support.
It is. And you don't have to keep managing it alone.
Perinatal mental health isn't just about managing symptoms — it's about making meaning of a profound personal shift. I'm interested in the whole picture: your history, your relationships, your sense of self, and how all of that is being reshaped by this experience.
I have a particular interest in the psychological experience of matrescence — the identity-level transformation that happens when you become a mother — and I bring that depth of understanding to every client I work with in this area.
I draw on EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, and trauma-informed frameworks, shaped to what you actually need.
I have completed the Applied Skills in Perinatal Mental Health Assessment and Care through COPE (Centre of Perinatal Excellence) — Australia's peak body in perinatal mental health. This comprehensive certification is aligned with the 2023 National Perinatal Mental Health Guideline and reflects a commitment to evidence-based, best-practice care in this area.
For mothers wanting a structured approach, I offer a 6-session individual program exploring the transition into motherhood:
Open-ended therapy is also available for deeper or longer-term work.
