At Mindflow, service delivery is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens through safety, trust, and collaboration. Whether the focus is mental health, psychosocial recovery, or navigating the NDIS, support is offered with deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
MindFlow is led by a Registered Psychologist with a strong background in the NDIS, and over a decade of prior experience in disability and community support roles.

Sara is a fully Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA). Her qualifications and training include:
Sara has worked in both clinical and community mental health settings, providing therapy and assessment to individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical experience includes supporting people with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, agoraphobia, schizophrenia, personality disorders, OCD, ADHD, autism, complex PTSD (CPTSD), substance use, grief, and relationship issues. She also has a strong interest in supporting mothers in the postpartum period and people navigating major life transitions.
Before entering clinical training, Sara spent over a decade working across a range of sectors including mental health, disability, justice, and alcohol and other drugs. This broad background has shaped her understanding of how social systems, trauma histories, and daily pressures intersect with emotional wellbeing — and informs the way she connects with clients.
Sara is particularly interested in working with people who are navigating emotionally complex experiences, periods of overwhelm, or times of transition. Her clinical interests include:
Sara’s research has explored the lived experience of motherhood after maternal loss, and she brings a strong relational and developmental lens to her work with parents, caregivers, and adult children navigating intergenerational themes.
Sara’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. She works with clients to understand their inner emotional world, the patterns that shape their relationships and behaviours, and the underlying needs that may be getting overlooked or unmet.
Her practice is primarily informed by psychodynamic and relational frameworks, supporting deeper insight and long-term emotional change. Depending on what’s most helpful for each individual, she also integrates evidence-based strategies from:
Sara believes therapy works best when clients feel seen, respected, and supported to explore things at their own pace. Her focus is on creating a space that feels steady, compassionate, and meaningful — where deeper understanding can lead to growth, connection, and relief.
