WorkCover / TAC Rebates available — contact me to discuss
If you have a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), you're eligible for a Medicare rebate on up to 10 individual therapy sessions per calendar year.
How it works:
1. Book an appointment with your GP and ask for a Mental Health Treatment Plan
2. Your GP will refer you to Mindflow
3. Pay for your session by card or bank transfer
4. I process your Medicare claim through Halaxy on your behalf — the rebate (currently $98.95) is paid directly back to you by Medicare, typically within a few days
You don't need a referral to book with me — but you'll need the MHTP to access the rebate.
I accept NDIS funding for clients who are self-managed or plan-managed (not agency-managed).
Relevant support categories include:
Sessions are charged at the current NDIS price guide rate ($232 per session). Please bring your NDIS plan details to your first appointment.
Assessment type Fee
Assessment fees are confirmed after an initial consultation, as complexity varies. A deposit is required to secure your assessment booking.
Medicare rebates may apply to some assessment sessions. NDIS funding can be used for assessments.
Some private health funds provide rebates for psychology services under Extras cover. Check with your fund directly, as this varies by policy.
I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or non-attendance, may incur the full session fee.
I understand that life happens — if something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as you can and we'll work something out.
I hold a small number of reduced-fee spots for clients experiencing genuine financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, please mention this when you get in touch and I'll let you know what's available.
