Individual Therapy

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes with a specific problem they want to work through. Sometimes with a sense that something needs to change, but no clear words for it yet. Sometimes just wanting space to reflect.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out

Is This How You're Feeling?

Many clients who contact Mindflow describe feeling like they're just getting through the days rather than living them.

●  finding it hard to fall or stay asleep

●  feeling stuck in patterns you can't quite explain

●  wondering why you don't feel like yourself lately

If any of these feel familiar, you're not alone. Therapy offers a safe and compassionate space to understand what you're experiencing and begin moving forward.

Depending on your needs, therapy may help you:

✓ reduce anxiety and low mood

✓ understand patterns driving how you think, feel and relate

✓ navigate life transitions with more confidence

✓ build self-compassion and reduce self-criticism

✓ improve sleep difficulties

✓ strengthen relationships and boundaries

✓ develop practical coping strategies
