Through individual therapy and structured programs, we work on the whole person—your mindset, habits, emotional regulation, and relational dynamics—so you can thrive sustainably in high-performance environments.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I draw on an integrative framework including CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and family systems to help you:

  • Develop practical strategies for focus, energy management, and resilience
  • Enhance relational effectiveness at work and in personal life
  • Integrate self-care, nervous system regulation, and sustainable routines


Whether you engage in a structured high-performance program or ongoing individual sessions, the aim is to help you excel sustainably, maintain clarity, and thrive both professionally and personally.


High-Performance Program – 6-Session Core Framework

  • Session 1: Mapping performance and pressure points
  • Session 2: Understanding stress, emotional regulation, and self-sabotage
  • Session 3: Boundaries, values, and alignment
  • Session 4: Resilience, recovery, and sustainable energy
  • Session 5: Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and mindset recalibration
  • Session 6: Consolidation, future planning, and integration

Additional sessions are available for deeper work on trauma, identity, workplace dynamics, or long-term stress management.


Fees & Funding

  • $265 per session (Eligible for Medicare rebates if applicable)


Location: Telehealth available. Face-to-face in Melbourne (if applicable).
